About the event
On December 12, 2026, Students for Illinois will bring together students, families, community leaders, business leaders, and supporters from across Illinois for the 250 Send-Off Summit, a special evening celebrating 250 years of the American story.
The Summit is both a celebration and a reflection on the responsibility of the next generation. For 250 years, Americans have built, defended, and carried forward a nation founded on the principles of liberty, opportunity, and self-government. As we close out America's 250th anniversary year, we will honor the generations who came before us while looking toward the Americans who will shape the next 250 years.
Guests will enjoy an evening reception, dinner, networking, student presentations, and remarks from distinguished speakers. Throughout the evening, we will highlight the voices and ideas of young leaders from across Illinois who are preparing to take an active role in the future of their communities and country.

This ticket is reserved for students (14-26 years old) who are attending high school or a college/university registered within the state of Illinois. Verification will be required after purchase.
